Refunds for store credits or exchanges can only be made within 14 days for local purchases; and 30 days for international purchases. If you discover a defect upon receiving the goods, please drop us an email immediately at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the “Ying The Label” tag is still in place. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your refund/return process, please drop us an email with your invoice number.
There are certain situations where partial refunds as store credits are granted (on a case by case basis):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as a store credit under your account. The refunds would be made via Ying’s store credit the next working day upon successful returned of product. The value of the store credits wiil be the paid price of the return item, in Singapore currency (SGD). Store credits are valid for 6 months 180 days upon from the date of issue. Only regular priced items may be refunded as store credits/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded as store credits/exchanged.
Prices of sale items are already discounted, and will not be subjected to further discounts unless stated.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
