FAQ – Covid-19 Updates on Orders and Delivery


  1. Do you still accept customisation orders during this period?

Yes, we are still accepting customisation orders. However for orders placed from the 24th Apr 2020 onwards, there will be a longer production period of 10-12 weeks instead of the usual 6-8 weeks.

  1. I would like to customise an item, and new to Ying The Label. However I’m not too sure about the sizing.

Do email us at info@yingthelabel.com.  Someone from the team will get back to you within 24 hours, and help you through the process.

  1. If I purchase a non- customisation item, will it still be processed and shipped out?

Yes, we are still processing ready-to-wear pieces. Courier will be slightly longer and will take between 3-5 working days for orders placed in Singapore. For overseas orders, please email us at info@yingthelabel.com , for us to better advise you. If you need a shipment urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to fulfil the order.

  1. Since I’m unable to physically try on the pieces, how do I know what size fits me? And am I allowed free exchange during this period?

Do email us at info@yingthelabel.com, or chat with us via Whatsapp +65 8187 1631, for us to better advise you. Specifically during this period, should the piece not fit, do write to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will arrange for an exchange. This will be applicable during the circuit breaker period until 1 June 2020.
